Correct.....as I have mentioned in this thread before, there is NOT always delta divergences in place for trade signals (this is NOT a Delta Divergence only method). What I have mentioned before is Delta Divergences in place increase (greatly) the probability of your trade moving in your intended direction.Quote from EdgeHunter:

but this last move up that went to a 928.25 high the previous short inventory was neutralized and did a double top CDV almost equal to the previous other CDV high ... so i kinda did not see a divergence either...
back at the highs at 950... the divergence was massive... so clear it was screaming but on the last move color me not seeing it unless you count a 2300 contract inventory enough to place a stron bet on...

Just to be "technically" clear....the 928.25 run DID have a minor Delta Divergence in place.

For the most part though.......that run up to 928.25 was to just shake out weaker hands (Auction Market Theory textbook move) before sellers re-loaded short again for the real move down. I am sure the "bet" was the numbers today were not going to be good.....they were right! wink, wink
Also of importance, the big play here in the 920's now puts in a new "layer" of held SHORT positions for the commercials BELOW their BIG HOLDINGS from higher pricing levels (high 940's to low 950's). They just built a defensive trenchline in front of their PRIMARY position (920's area would be the LOWER HIGH from a price only perspective....

There you go sir! I was as anxious as a kid on Christmas once price traded higher than 926.25 and we still had the divergence holding on. I was all ready on my DOM to jump in if I could confirm that was a "stops" run move. The delta divergence did hold and the proper sell reaction came in for my short entry criteria to be met......that was all I needed to see.

It is obvious you are letting your jealosy cloud what little judgement you possess.
This concept initially interested me because my system does not rely on volume or divergence of any indicator. I thought the logic is flawed and said so.
When I test it against what I do it hasn't confirmed very well in real time. A lame "minor" divergence doesn't cut it. I stated awhile back I considered "divergence" extremely unreliable.
What I will do is subscribe to the I RT software myself on a spare computer and do whatever I feel is required to test the delta concept in realtime with rigorous parameters. I'll determine for myself and not take anyone's word for it. And finally, IF it does work, it won't continue to work. I suspect it may already be starting to be arbed away. We'll see...
I've also stated many times I think you have to be an IDIOT to post trades on ET in realtime. You show me somebody doing it and I'm suspicious. Highly suspicious. What is the point? EGO?
Perhaps AMT is the Chris that works for Linnsoft. His name is Chris too. Who knows? But I smell a rat. My instincts are rarely wrong. Maybe he is fishing for people to invest? Who knows? All I know is, people with money buy biz jets not build "kit" planes. That's a giant red flag to me. It should be to you too.
All I see here are desperate people who can't come up with anything that makes consistant money (like Whiskey) so they hope someone will just hand it to them because they ask. This is supposed to be ELITE (meaning vastly superior) Trader. That's what drew me here initially. It is a joke! If you try to point out anything you're immediately ridiculed by 16 year old wannabees and losers. Why would anyone post here? I'm done! Which is going to be a relief to some who feel threatened.
The ONLY reason I registered in the first place was you can't research much without it and I was curious. I'm a naturally curious person.
I started a thread about MSFT stock being OB and didn't get one respectable reply other than the whole market is OB. I'm not much of a stock trader but found myself with a sizable number of shares and wanted to know if selling was correct. Nothing... Where I live there are hundreds of Microsoft millionaires within a few square miles. I thought maybe some of them would respond. but apparently they are smart enough to stay clear. Luckily I "guessed" right so far which is all that matters to me.
First off "commercials" will NOT be able to HIDE their order flow unless they are allowed to go off exchange.......I am definitely NOT worried about that.
Second, I have made live calls on ET for over 6 years now, here and there in various threads.......to me it is no biggie and I do not at all worry about losing my methods advantage.
And last, I live in Austin and I DO NOT work for or represent in any way the Investor RT product (are you sure you do not mean CHAD at linnsoft???). BTW, Linnsoft.com is in Georgia and I do really like their product.....any car brands you really like??? Also, as a previous Aircraft Maintenance Technician I have FULL KNOWLEDGE and capabilities needed to build or maintain ANY type of aircraft......why in the hell would I want to go buy a overpriced fuel sucking jet (that does not even get into INSURANCE and MAINTENANCE costs)??? One of the few things I ENJOY as much as trading is BUILDING something exactly the way I want it with my own hands (try it sometime if your are mechanically inclined.....it is a VERY REWARDING activity).
I DO NOT or never have wanted ANYONE to invest with me for trading.....HELL NO (already traded for a fund once.....been there done that). I like FULL CONTROL over my trading activities and I do not need the money or the headache of trading for others. I FLY SOLO when it comes to trading (btw, the cockpit door is locked so don't even think of entering the flight deck........go back and sit in coach and eat the peanuts!). :eek:

I can only imagine how monumental this pivotal event is to make you feel like xmas during an Austin summer
I'm curious about the logic here. Did you really need to confirm this was a "stops" run move prior to the initiated sell reaction (which you require anyways to qualify an entry signal)?
Live calls and a living example of excellence by giving (and not just being here for the taking...), once again, kudos!
