I agree with you 100%. For Ken More, and all the other normal ET traders, that make 14 pts per day per contract from laptops in the crapper, is not an issue to be FIFO. For an algo making 1-2 ticks per trade is an issue to get filled in the queue or to hit bids and take offers while 95% of the planet is awaiting for the last quote. It depends it seems from the nature of the edge that you have or not have, and what you want or not want to achieve.
Of course, for 95% of traders that pay for it all, nothing is an issue.
