AMT,

Would this buying action imply you are not scaling in shorts due to CD already neutralizing and breaking the 940ish delta zone?
I am selling this area on intraday aggressive sell signals I use, KNOWING we are at a new zone (where there is SOME remaining inventory still resting here)....939.50 or better was first area to enter here so far. :)

+20k CD Div @ 937. There's buying frenzy on the "electronic tape". I'm guessing you're gearing up to "outzone" them frenzies...

I do like to play the "vacumn" left when an area has gone neutral (or even close to it) and the buyers then have to PROVE they are now willing to pay high retail to keep the rally going. In this environment, I just take shots at pulses of initiated selling at those areas....never know when one will stick and give you a good +10 point run or more. :)

To me this is very aggressive to go short here. I see very little activity here to 950.25. But that 950.25 looks good for some good size.

Isn't this the same problem of trying to interpret a CD diversion? i.e. do hits on the bid represent aggressive sellers (selling at market) vs. patient buyers (buying at limit)? The only proof seems to be the price action that follows (or not).

No....you are seeing hits on the bid as sellers (NEW initiated sellers mixed with previously held LONG holders selling out of positions taking profits @ market).

If you don't like holding these positions from 939.50 or better, you can cover them here at 939.50 and then hold your short positions now from the 941.00/941.25 levels (which ever level you got filled). :)

On a tic by tic basis (delta ladder), I see more buyers than sellers so far. Possible targets for shorts (when the signal finally works) at 926, 923, 921.

I would go for 936's as my first target and the 931's next.......+5 and +10 point targets that I like to use most times.
