Inventory Grab Alert 4/30/09!

The previous short holders of the 924-927.75 zone were jammed out for the most part EOD Friday, so as a result the Sunday/Monday AH session had little problems setting up for the next move to the next area of resting inventory (lower 940's). As price approached the 940.00 level in the AH session, we had some decent sellers come in just below that level and hit 937/936 area.......I will continue to sell that area and up with any retest during the cash session on any new signals (knowing lower 940's is a delta zone). That was a very nice move last night which sets us up for some really good potential action today after 08:30 CST. :)

I'm afraid I can only detect "initiated selling (or buying)" much after it starts to manifests itself, and I only see it because the price has actually moved.

However I notice that you keep posting 3 tic and 5 tic range charts, and this morning I had the epiphany that 3 and 5 are, in fact, sequential fibonacci numbers. Now how's that for symmetry?.:eek:

You have, obviously, developed some very nice and precise rules and criteria that you use, in your actual trading, to determine which divergences are going to work and which are going to miserably fail.

That's a task at which I have failed miserably, along with some other, very analytical and intelligent types working on this same issue for several months.

The fact that you have actually made money (mostly shorting) a near 50% market rally (from 666) is a testimony to your precision in tactical entries and exits.

I can only hope to some day reach that level of accuracy and precision. Way to go.

Once again, I notice the 3-fibo tic range chart clearly displaying the entry signal at the exact precise moment.

If I recall, AMT said he does not use 3 and 5 range charts for his trading, but uses them simply to annotate and show CD divergences to us...

OK.....we had our 937's test now in the cash session.....this is the area to start playing and look for set ups. :cool: Also, remember the 940's next zone start is just above. :)

AMT,

Would this buying action imply you are not scaling in shorts due to CD already neutralizing and breaking the 940ish delta zone?

+20k CD Div @ 937. There's buying frenzy on the "electronic tape". I'm guessing you're gearing up to "outzone" them frenzies...
