AMT, we are discussing this in the Skype Room right now....

How do you interpret this type of "Inverse" Divergence, where CD makes a lower low, but price doesn't follow suit?

I'm sure you can break it down "Barney Style" for us... haha

The amount of difference in price & CD for those examples is pretty insignificant......nothing special going on there (within the noise of price/order flow). :)

I understand that. I was just using it as an example. I'm watching small timeframes to see all the divergences play out and hone my skills. PRACTICE ONLY! I would never trade all the small scalps because I'd be reversing every couple of minutes. Here is the same example from yesterday morning before the huge move up. I'm just trying to figure out what it means when CD makes a lower low, yet price can't seem to do the same.

I would venture to say that if bulls don't step in soon with some initiated buying, this zone might hold and we'll see a GREAT move down. Anyone with me?
If buyers show there hand as unwilling to buy these levels, sellers will come into this market. :)

And the selling would gain momentum as all the longs from yesterday start to ditch their positions.
