intraday swingtrading Dax

got out -20 points; no rhyme or rythm to this market, cycles don't line up so no movements that you can take profit from ... sitting on the sidelines seems the best answer.
 
Today just like yesterday afternoon was rather difficult. I found the solution in the lower timeframes and how stoch behaves in all of this. The mess was clearly visible before it happened + being flexible was necessary. I am back on track with a long.
 
took +26 and back to the sidelines to see what happens here. could be reversal but I'd like to see that first before coming to conclusions.
 
satisfied with what I learned today, I got 3 new setups with overal more sophistication and can throw one into the bin that I didn't quite get ... the last 24 hours thaught me a lot about my system (and the market I am trading) and I should be a stronger trader because of that.
 
long 12418. I won't be updating all moves because this takes too much attention but I will give an update of my trades at noon and then another one at the end of the day.
 
reversed to short @12424. Then I lost track but later found a new setup where I shoulda have reversed to long. So for a while on the sidelines because of too violent moves and then sideways action after that.
