See guys this is the psychology of bullies....

They FEAR failures. Failures are the most dangerous thing in their life. They do everything to avoid or hide failures. We can sense their fear of failure from their words.

For creative people failure is part of intense learning. (Bullies try to hide the reality that they are dumb)
