Intraday pairs trading is not what it use to be. Before hft, it was great. Now, hft and high correlation of most stocks has killed the intraday edge. Overnight is subpar and you need staying power to make it worth while. Although I agree with Don on crutch trading, it is still not what it use to be so be cautious.
