Intraday margins back at IB?

I just noticed on thursday and friday during the day the margin on ES was 3k something during regular hours and 6k (the normal it has been) AH.

I don't see anything official on the IB website about this change. Has anyone noticed this?

Also, seemed like there were no special intraday margins on CL or ZB/ZN etc.

any info would be great

This http://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/trading/marginRequirements/margin.php?ib_entity=llc is the best place to find our futures margins. Click on Futures tab please. We returned intraday margins on CL and ZB/ZN too.

Yes, in a word. About $3.5k to trade ES and YM again.

Too bad for IB I already defected to a low daytrade margin broker. (I take back anything negative I said about NinjaTrader in the past!).
