6,77,34 and simple MA 20 (any time frame) with bollinger bands 20.2
When you have a down cross with the MACD above the zero line AND THE CLOSE IS BELOW THE MA, EXITLONG or sell short with a stop one tick above the last high (THE HIGH formed when the MACD was bullish)
Duoble short when the MACD is below the zero line
the same rule to the upside

LBR has been using 3,10, 16 for years with some success. The 5, 13, 6 is my personal preference.
