Trendlines are indeed drawn more easily on QT... And AFAIK it does have bid/ask volume (actually raw volume with reading PA is very helpful too).
 
Short from 5546 with a tight stop. Rationale: good R/R if this was the top, looks like horns on 1 min and there is often a reversal this time of day.
