Ammo,

Just wanna share a chart with ya, refer this on da last post :)

I know Spy use Stc, MACD and something else; fit this to your style and you will be alright..

CF uses CCI, I guess since he trades on 5min, and with bars so jammed together CCI gives a good picture within a few bars. I need something with more extention since I am on da 1min, but CCI is still good, still need a flash light everynow and then :D

Hi Will

I can glance at EMTL and see what I need to see but this speed requires Bar Charts not Candles for EMTL. If you repost as Bars and only have EMTL lines on the chart I can tell you better.

and re ammo's comments on MACD... yes I'd use a smaller setting and combile it with CCI.

Thanks for that, gonna take a shower then off to a quick lunch before da lunch open, do that after market close ..

put Spy's indictor's setting on the chart


First: MACD (5,13,6) needs to be in the green. Second, I want to see The Stochastic (14,1,3) ...

find that MACD (5,13,6) is very close to CCI(14), and da STC is a good reference; will have a go with it this afternoon and see how it goes
 
just had a look with those 3 indicators on the 1min chart over today and yesterday's data, damn it's agressive..

and most of the time trible comfirm also..

just pop out of da shower..

still need an indicator to for the entented range, I ain't going to get it on one minute, also, i don't really look at 5min MACD, since it's so slow....

Will put da 3 indicators on da 5min and see if I can make sense out of it. .l

fwiw, years back I used to use MACD's and I figured they were calculated wrong in some way so I time shifted them. I can't remember exactly the time shifts but it was something like putting a 3 min MACD under a 5 min chart by overlaying the chart and showing the faster MACD below the 5 min.

Sierra allows you to do that on one chart.

putting the 3 indicators in it's aggressive setting on da 5min.. let's see how it goes this afternoon :)
