Guess he's not getting them excited enough. Trichet is increasingly sounding more and more like the European Alan Greenspan. Talking out of the side of his mouth. Can't wait for the day when his house of cards comes tumbling down and all the backpedaling starts.

Guess I'd better shut up on this. Sorry, this is not the place for that...

CF,

I note in your profile you are a psychologist. Does your profesisonal background assist you in your trading endeavours?

LOL, CF practice on me.. :D

theme of tread:

Quote from yoohoo:

Guys the only psychology I need is PIB – then get more aggressive.

I’m convinced I’m right so I take simple top – if I think it will swing and I’m wrong I’ll get out B/e with my pips intact

If I’m right a win big

Either way no pain

So I’m not giving back profits – I’m keeping them

But when I see 4/5 taps on a T/l and 5min not looking right I reverse long and then sell – like poker (I don’t play, just watch on TV) bluff them, so I’m long wanting short… now if you are right and this thing flies I’m ok… but in resistance I’m short again with PIB and no pain if I’m wrong

Pip bag filling up – no pain – no psychology – no giving back profits

Quote from CFerret:

Very simple, but very effective attitude yoohoo, I like it... First get some PIB and then get more aggressive and give trade a chance to take the real pot...

Reminder, what if you missed an entry?

Quote from yoohoo:

Like seeing Pin Bars everywhere, you have to be careful to add to your learning like I mentioned earlier. Today you put on your six-guns and were ready to gunsling it out. Only problem was after the first quick shoot-out it was chase the bandits all day. No one to fight hehe.

When you are going to play agressive you need to be able to come in with the slow, slower and slowest players when you miss your entry. Don't sit there saying, "I missed my entry!" or, "There's no entry!!" Instead think, where would a slower trader get their entry?

Quick summary: always try to see several entries - you are now trading at a very high skilled level, but you must know how the lesser skilled traders will enter. The idea is to beat them to the party, but if not... then join them.
