Hmm... I remember catching knifes is through the use of reversal bars... In this context that spot on hourly is indeed red candle followed by green candle... So kind of reversal up, but near the top... Is that a continuation signal you mean? I don't recall us discussing any specific continuation signals...
OK, bit of PA revision. If you go back in you notes I told you about this set up. This is BOTR a Reversal Signal AND a Continuation Signal... it simply requires you to take the direction of the break.
1. Perfect fluid move = high quality signal
2. Different coloured candle
3. Signal is: Reverse under OR Continue Above.
This is my favourite trade: Catch the Falling/Flying Knife = Reversal but it's also Continuation if it breaks the other side.
Look at the force of this trade. That's why it's high quality.
You also had a beautiful engulfer to suggest up - that was what I mentioned about the "25 mins earlier".
It bounced well on the channel I posted giving another clue as to it's intent.
Like the Pin Bar - latest information is "tails" so you see tails. But like the Pin Bar it needs to be obvious. One tail ain't enough pain
