hate da first trade to be a loss, can trade it out, but just way more cautious then a relax mind..
 
Don't beat yourself. Losses DO HAPPEN and they are even NORMAL, because there is always the chance that some new force influences the market even if your initial read was right... That's why we have stops, right? :)

I took a look at today's HSI and it's really pretty tough cause of swings not expressed enough and a lot of retests... So no surprise at all that such day is not profitable...

that's why it's good to talk to a trader, you would know CF..

short a middle of a triangle, with a lower peak and flat bottom, everything perfect and beautiful, then it extented, a slightly higher 3rd peak that stop me out, and still came out the expected way, LOL It's not a big loss, but I did allow bigger than normal stops..

Friday afternoon, at the top of a long term downward channel, might not be range like the previous two Friday..

i know what was happening to me since the last weekend, basically a tense mind for two weeks, and a weak body since the middle of the week, The Massage did help, but should have get it on Tuesday..

Again, undecisive friday afternoon, worst, doesn't really feels like ranging market..
