The "whitewash" comments were about not including political factors in the report, such as the extent to which U.S. policies might have motivated the attackers.

Your fruitcake theory never gained traction because it's laughable and the civil engineering establishment rejected it. I can also post videos of doctors who claim herbs will cure cancer.
