International options broker?

i am from Russia and it's huge pain in the ass to find decent options broker who will accept you and not rip you off

what are my options? I found optionsxpress and can't find any other decent brokers, anyone have suggestions?

I see they have 10k minimum which is a bit high for me atm(( Can you please suggest any other brokers?

If you want to sell options then 10k is the min ammount in any broker.

Why not use an Introducing Broker for Interactive Brokers like Captrader in Germany or Lynx in NL. Both initial funding discussable (shouldn`t be more than 4K) but higher commissions (also discussable) than original.

Thanks a lot for your suggestions, i've never heard of them, it's hard for complete noobie to find such brokers, will look into them too

do you know if there a site that has a list of such introducing brokers? general brokers site don't list them i suppose (or at least i never saw them on such sites)
