International (non-US) access to US securities via InteractiveBrokers

I know that US customers of IB cannot trade options on foreign index futures (e.g. DAX), due to regulatory restrictions.

My question is the other way around: can IB customers who reside in other jurisdictions trade options on US securities an indices, in particular ES and NQ, and stocks like GOOG or AAPL?

Only some ETFs and only if you don't qualify as professional. You can also substitute them with CFDs that are a bit more expensive but still work for most.
