Interesting Law enforcement: Permit required to transport metals

Why that law is in South Carolina...see above link.

Apparently, ignorance of the law is no excuse, and looking at the mug shots of the goobers that were arrested, they might just use an ignorance, or too mentally challenged to understand the law defense.

"Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, just look at these good ole boys. You can't expect that they would have read the newspapers about a new law, would ya?
