Interesting Activity In AAPL Options Ahead of Earnings

Earnings will be announced today after the close. Not surprisingly, AAPL options are trading briskly. 350,000 contracts are on the tape by mid-afternoon with the stock currently trading near $173.20. Options activity is focused on the November 175 and 180 calls, with more than 20,000 of each changing hands so far today....

Wouldn't exactly call it unusual. It was suggested by the same guy that wrote the article that most of the trading a couple of weeks ago were retail size trades in the Oct 170's, suggesting a short term top. Not saying the info isn't good, but do your own dd.
