while technical analysis is not rubbish it is totally unnecessary.
just watch the instrument...observe not analyze.
the most unnecessary things: elliot wave ,fib, indicators , volume, order flow, demark,....strategies.......back testing.
only the present price action matters
Backtesting is not unnecessary. It is a must
what market did in the past is not necessary......only the present is valid

Yours truly landed at the Pearly Gates the same day as padutrader. We were both greeted by St. Peter. Then Pete handed the keys to the Penthouse suite to padutrader but to me he gave only a dormitory bed.
I asked how is this possible? You give a penthouse to a guy who killed an entire subject (TA) in one sentence?
