And on another mater, if the site try to defame IBKR (the stock that is), they have the right to do so, the stock tanked after IPO! (meaning we've seen an overpriced IPO which is actually not good for the company's image)

If all they're doing is making personal insults and saying IBKR is overpriced, I don't know that it's worth it to try to shut them down. Market analysts criticize stocks too, so what? As for personal insults, execs are insulted all the time. How many anti-Bill Gates sites are there, probably dozens. :D And our Prez is probably insulted on some website somewhere 100 times every hour.

OTOH if they are saying things that cause serious harm to the company and are groundless, then it's worth it to go after them. An example would be to claim IB is embezzling money from customer accounts and covering it up through bogus accounting.

whover did it is a complete moron

why they would waste their time and money
to do this ?

I hope that the person (s )

responsible for that site

gets their 15 minutes of fame
in court and that the judge shows no mercy
and at the very least shuts them down
