Interactive Brokers - No AUD interest rate contracts

(dhpar - re: variable tick size: these contracts are priced on a yield basis, which means that each tick has a different value, e.g. a move from 94.01 to 94.02 is not the same monetary value as a move from 94.05 to 94.06)
