Interactive Brokers Market Depth

When viewing market depth of a particular stock in IB, I add a sell order to a position I currently own(long). It is not the best price but better than some on the depth window, but it does not show up. Does anyone know why? When I trade futures I see my order at times...when I'm the only one at that price, of course.

remember it's not a level2 , so some orders are not visible from DOM (actually i don't even know exactly what routes are visible)
