Interactive Brokers implemented order size filters

Thank you to everyone who took the time to complain to IB on this issue. As of yesterday, the size limits are off again pending “recalibration”. Hopefully they will either give up on this or make the limits much less restrictive.

A question to you regarding More Leverage if I may: is there a possibility of borrowing more than what IB offers?

This is idiotic but I'm sure we will have many coming in to comment how they love this new policy. "It's just good risk management and protects investors". Well, you know if you completely ban trading that is the ultimate protection against losses.
It seems to me IB is taking on more and more people who are seeking reasons for their positions to exist. Typical corporate bloat.
