Interactive Brokers historical data

For those of you with IB, I see they offer delayed data for instruments on exchanges you do not subscribe to. Do they also offer historical data for these instruments?

So I can only download historical data for the market that I pay subscription for the live feed data?

Sounds like it. And futures data only goes back a max of 2 years (1 year if no booster packs are purchased). Stocks can go back much further (if booster packs paid for)

and IB does not have ask bid level data.

Yes. Without a subscription you get an error telling you that you're not subscribed to the data.

They don't have tick data but there is bid and ask.

There are no extra fees for that.
