Is there any # to get directly to the IB trading desk? I had to get out of a position today as my internet went out and their customer service line took exactly 13 minutes to pick up.

every customer should make a print out of this page, because when the internet is OUT, you won't be able to access the web.

Why not get a back up wireless 3G USB internet connection?
If you cant afford that then have a free or cheap dial up handy, most PC and laptops still come with built in modems..
