I've been with IB for 13 years and I've never had to call customer service (yes, I do trade).
You on the other hand seem to require hand holding every day.

He bickers everyday how disgruntled he is about IB -- he's like one of those ladies in a bad, abusive relationship...but still stays for one reason or another.
My advice to you, Soes...move on to greener pastures...like Etrade.
