Interactive Brokers - conditional orders not working, why?

I'm trying to make a simple condition order:

If QQQ falls <= 276 then sell 1x QQQ Nov20 267 put, limit at 10$. I believe that should all be ok, nothing fancy, but all buttons (add,edit) in the Conditional tab in Order Ticket are grayed out (disabled).

Any ideas why ? I'd like to start using this feature.

Are you approved for selling options?

I think so, either I don't remember me getting approved or I'm sellings lots of options without approval (don't tell the authorities!) ;-P Joking aside, I have a bunch of short contracts on options so I assume yes.

Ok, found it. IB tech support told me: it works, but you have to switch to "classic TWS" (I have it in a tab now, it's in the menus somewhere...).

I don't see why this isn't enabled in Mosaic TWS then, but anyway...

AAaaah, finally figured out the main issue, with help from IB support:

The Add button will be grayed out if the order has already been submitted, as you can't add a condition to an outstanding order. The condition will need to be added prior to submitting the order.

That's what I had wrong. My workflow is almost always to start from the order entry window, submit orders then later modify them if needed. I never use the order ticket to start with (where conditions are specified). Something to be aware of to have this condition work...
