Interactive Brokers - chart based algos

I'm considering switching trading accounts to Interactive Brokers for their automated trading apps.

For those that are familiar with IB - is it possible to use their automated trading apps to buy stocks based on specific technical criteria based off of stock charts? Also what's the name of the program or feature that would do this?
