Interactive Borkers - How to generate trade confirmations more than two years old

Hi All,

I feel that my IB account balance does not reflect the gains I should have accumulated from trading futures for about past 3 years. In their account management system, I can only generate trading reports for 2013 and 2012. Anyone knows how to access 2010 and 2011 trade reports.

You can contact CS who can deliver the older annual statements to you for a charge. (We charge as we need to go to the archives for older statements which is a manual task).
