Gabriele Veneziano (b. 1942) is a theoretical physicist and one of the fathers of string theory. Of Italian origin, he was born in 1942 in Florence. While he worked at CERN in 1968, he discovered that the Euler Beta function used as a scattering amplitude, the so-called Veneziano amplitude, has many features that are useful to explain physical properties of strongly interacting particles. Nowadays, this amplitude is interpreted as the scattering amplitude for four open string tachyons. ...

although to be a founder / father of string field theory doesn't equate being a founder / father of string theory.... just all these guys had been working together on the same stuff for years... one morning one of them wakes up with a breakthru here, the next morning a week after its the other guy, etc etc...

I didn't miss the word 'one' because the Quote you rushed off to find, grab and use is not the one I used . The Quote I used was directly off the wikipedia file you used.

Which was all intended to show how unsound it all is - the way you rely on Quotes selectively chosen, out of place, out of context, as snippets which sound like they support some groundless reason mangling argument for ID/creationism .

Here's one "quote" which makes all those selectively gathered "Quotes" of Susskind, no doubt found in one convenient creationist website or other, worthless as a ploy to support ID
The "Father /Founder / and great mind of science " Susskind , whom you consider worthy of those accolades when you think they support your notion, makes this quote....
