ZZZ pointed out how unjustified your threats were. Since then he has been riding you. And doing a good job of it.


Now --- in which state (or D.C.) are you an active and licensed attorney.

Do you approve of Z10's apparent characterization of the legal profession as comprised of a large proportion of liars?

Well, if you were to retract or modify your comments of:

"However, I am not a liar. Not here, and not anywhere else."

then I would not be able to praise you any longer in the manner I have.

I don't understand how posting what anyone can find on Google is degrading to your and your profession...it is just the point of view of others, right? Are lawyers filing suits against Google for allowing those kind of search results? I punched in a hypothetical question on Google, and saw and reported the results. I certainly am not saying the point of view of those who came up in the Google search is necessarily correct, but it is a fact that the legal profession and some lawyers are not always thought of highly by some people. I have even heard jokes about lawyers that are less than complimentary.

Even a few members of your profession think that some lawyers don't always tell the truth.

I just don't understand why you would feel ridiculed for the re-posting of the truthful comments by you? How could the repeating of what you claim as a truth that:

"However, I am not a liar. Not here, and not anywhere else."

be a problem for you?

With respect to our dealings --- there is a clear record on this thread.

with respect to zzzs statements I am not happy about his statements about lawyers, but I have run into lawyers in L.A. courts who have lied on the record.

(I did not run into clear liars in San Diego.)

so if some lawyers are going to lie they are going to ruin the reputation of the whole profession.

Now will you establish that you actually are a lawyer. In which state or wash d.c. are you currently licensed.

The record is not clear at all. None of the other posters, save possibly Z have expressed any opinion suggesting that I have misrepresented you.

I have no idea what San Diego has to do with liars.

You did not tell me what "threats" I have made.

However, you have now stated that you're not "happy" about Z's statements about lawyers.

1. Are you prepared to complain to ET management about Z's apparent denigration of the legal profession?
