Almost anything is good to trade if one understands his craft.

Start with demo/sims account. Until you triple it. Only then drop in the real $/€/£.
(Have at least 1 000 trades & 1000 hours of screen time)

Unless you've got 25K+ USD in your account which is bad for a newbie as it'll soon go, then PDT rules make day trading impossible, better of going Futures account and trading MNQ ie Nasdaq or similar, Micro $2 per Pt start with that.
