All that volume yesterday must have been because of the House Select Committee on China.
Apparently there was quite a bit of fine print (in the article I post somewhere above referencing this) regarding restrictions on China and even Taiwan.

Fwiw... this post... that $24.83 did in fact mark the low. At least for the last 2 weeks.
Despite all this market turmoil, INTC remains above that level nicely.
