No. The revenooers might look into you to see whether or not you cheated. Always possible you were either smart or lucky.
Then you are a good citizen because you plea bargain to a fine, which helps to fund the government bureaucracy which attacked you in the first place. I should say that I believe insider trading should be legalized,
In the past I posted concerning this issue. This has happened
to many people that were doing everything to the best
of their ability the "right way". Just to find out one
of the alphabet agencies filed a suit against them.
Some of the alphabet agencies, with their army of attorneys
are parasitic predators who earn their lively hood on the back
of people's hard earned wealth. I will never trust any of them.
You really have to be smart with how much you earn. There
are also ways to secure your wealth offshore. Research
is your friend.
Couple things;
How much are you allowed? I'd like to keep under that amount.
Who is the "They" who freeze your account?
Can you point to an occassion where this has happened?
Bernie was insider trading or making more than he was allowed.
