I think your wrong, INP has gone up tremendously this year, and the only way is up..

Also I am not at all suggesting that INP will not be heading up in the future, just saying that it was unrealistic to assume that it could sustain itself at 106 dollars, almost 25 points above its nav
 
To answer my own question, in the iPath literature, they refer to INP.IV. This returns a daily quote based upon the previous market close in India.
