Don't sign up for Innerworth.com's newsletter unless you are very sure you want to subscribe. They continue to SPAM me and I have demanded they take me off their list 4 times now! It doesn't get any worse than this.

We have recently switched software to better customize our lists. We lost some fields and settings in the process. Please PM or Email me the Email address you are getting our Emails sent to, and I will make sure it is removed.

I will say though, it's some of the most useful spam I've ever recieved.
 
Andre how many times am I going to have to do this? You are either a relentless spammer or totally incompetent at running a web site. I've asked you more than once to take me off your master list so it is just gone.
