What are some good names in infrastucture companies to put into a basket?

I am looking at structuring a long term trade here, buy a basket of these and sell the S&P as a long/short investment for a 1 to 3 year play.

What are your fav's?

S&P 500 -5.471%
 
OMGI changed its listing today to be on the NYSE and its new ticker symbol is ORN.
