During high volume period and since hybridization, NYSE has had delays with execution and cancellation of orders including orders routed to the floor like Inet Rash - not sure when this will be fixed.
Ive definatly had problems with INET rash. Not only does it not execute quickly during volume, but on hybrid stocks i will send 2 or 3 1000 share orders and only one will fill, as if 2 were not auto exed(even though its hybrid). Pisses me off.
