If visual parameters of military formations are any indication of exposure to diversity, consistency appears to be a hallmark. This of course would not lead to any conclusions regarding love for a brother. As a matter of practicality due to the formerly in force one child rule and the resulting relative over-abundance of male citizens compared to female Chinese citizens, immigration to china of some sisters would seem to be one possible consideration if there's an open frame of mind on the diversity front. Because China does it better. In the commemorative speech of the 100-year anniversary of the founding of the CCP, it was stated that China has never enslaved any groups of people in the world (obviously whoever wrote that speech has never studied the 5000 years of Chinese history in its entirety) and China is all about promoting peace and equality among all. So why not hold China to its words? To see what happens when all of the "disadvantaged people of color" (which by itself is a horrible prejudice and stereotype. Plenty of white people who are supposedly privileged live in trailer parks or worse in Walmart parking lots) go to China to better their lives to erase the inequality??

And once these "disadvantaged people of poor" are gone from the West, there will be no more inequality because everybody here will be rich. LOL No need for Powell or anybody to do anything. The poor go to China to become rich, and the West gets rid of the poor to just have the rich. Problem gone on all fronts!!

Colors are funny. In the strictest sense, white and black are contrasts, not "colors". There is no wavelength for black or white.
