Thats a difficult question to answer... Anytime is a good time if you have the right volatility. Generally speaking 9:30-11:00 EST and 2:00-3:30 EST tend to be the most liquid times...others can chime in with their experiences

just checked out that OSCAR guy a couple of posts back. i think he is dealing with lines other than just S/R. :)

i didnt look much beyond his first video, but i didnt see much about long term s/r stuff

here are 2 trades from today. 1 is a winner and the other a loser. i looked at the loser and my thought process once it was about 3pts against me was to wait for the slow down and then get out as close to BE as possible. Would anyone have left earlier? I notice that the trades I have been taking that get around 3pts heat tend to pull back to my original entry and let me get out around BE. Not sure if I should do that or just get out. This is the NQ and the Tick is on the right

Hi everyone

Please find attached todays levels. The S/R numbers are in the black column, the MP, Pivots, Fibs, Simple Moving Averages and Summary Numbers are for confluence and information.

Always remember to use the numbers as a guideline for potential areas of high probability plays.

Always use a set up based upon your system to enter a trade
.
