Well depends upon the historical strength of the number but generally speaking if 900 is not "easy" to see anymore its unlikely it will be respected thus best to use 910 as your level.
Reassessment of levels is key, I reassess every single day before I start my trading day and throughout the trading day adding and subtracting levels. Constant adaptation is necessary in order to stay ahead.

Let's say pivot is at 900. Price reacts to this and turns back and then maybe continues through.
A few days later price doesn't react to 900 but to 910. Should I add a new pivot at 910 or move the one from 900 to 910?
