Indicator on spread

Any strategy or spread combination that any futures exchange offers as an exchange supported implied spread (of which there are thousands) I guarantee you that both CQG and eSignal will have both real-time and delayed data on. Only Bloomberg will have better historical data and individual tic time & sales data.

No symbols for exchange traded spreads on esignal website. Apparently you have to search in the application.

That is correct. Under "File", "New", then "Symbol Search" you will find several hundred. You can also take those symbols and switch expiries to make exchange spreads not listed on eSignal but available from the exchanges.

It's possible to use the website to actually chart spreads but you have to know the symbol format ahead of time and it won't handle user-based spreads like a cal vs a cal to create a fly. Anything exchange traded is chartable. Within the actual software you can chart whatever you want with very little difficulty which is what makes it one of the better spread charting programs out there IMO (also they have very wide exchange access).

CME fee waiver on IQfeed but I get your point. I have subscribed to eSignal classic. I am looking at natural gas h7 j7, the widowmaker, interesting that the price action looks easier to read on the spread chart than on the outrights. I am going to use qcollector to get all the spreads into a database and then scan with the metastock explorer or technifilter plus.

You may display indicators for exchange defined and synthetic spreads on X_TRADER as well as the TT platform.

Here's an example of a synthetic crack spread with Bollinger Bands.
