Are there any trading platforms that will execute trades automatically based on a specified indicator setting. For example buy 1000 shares of xyz when the 14 period rsi hits 25 or sell xyz when the 14 period rsi hits 85?

That's a poor analogy. He never said he was not well versed in trading based upon the RSI indicator. He merely asked if there was a trading platform out there that would automatically execute the trade.
