If indicators are liars, then what would you call support & resistance levels that didn't provide support or resistance?

Intraday levels are pure noise to weekly/monthly bars, there is little difference between indicators & lines, it's a matter of choice & application. Support & resistance levels get broken pretty much every day, so how do you distinguish which ones to pick?
