Index tape and market order book

Hi, I'm looking for a broker / software where I can see the order book.

The one I know of is IB but I think it might be a bit much for what I need. I am just after order book data and maybe charts so I am wondering if there is any other source for this information?

I am not in the US so IB allows me to open an account but perhaps there is another service I could use? But I cannot find any...

I have another broker where I can place orders - So I'm mainly after the tick and order data so am I asking too much or is something available?

What do you trade ?
You can have a look at TradingTechnologies, CQG, CTS, Sierra Chart, NinjaTrader, ....
APIs can provide you this information too. If you're a programmer.
