Index Stock Symbols

Is there a futures contract that mirrors the moves in the steel index which contains nue, x, etc..?

I looked all over on cbot, cme, and nymex. I only see silver and gold...Is there even such a thing?

XUI for gold it is a index that have gold companies that do not hedge their output more than 15 months, AEM is one of their component

The reason it's thinly traded is that they're a ripoff. ETF's are for retail dummies and bag-holders. You're giving any potential profit to the specialist/market makers. Trade the underlying in an efficient manner or these exchanges/MM's/specialist/ETF blood suckers will eat you alive.

Thanks man. Yes, they are very thin, maybe someday it can be trade-able... I mean at least slx, come on, it's the steel index and no one trades it... It's one of the more volatile sectors nowadays.

Thanks for the links. I guess this is the closest I can get. It's nice to know that what I was looking for is out there. But most are very thin and not trade-able:( I'll just stick to the active ones for now...
