I suspect what 2cents is saying is that you need to find a way to look at a bigger picture in order to obtain the intraday timing sequence you're seeking.

Then again, maybe I'm all wet. :)
 
I like to term these as my pay attention times. Whether the pivots hit or not is all at the whims of the trading gods. Just make sure you are paying attention to the market at the times posted.
