Index data feed into Excel

Looking for a way to get real time index data [Dow, SP, NAZ] fed into excel [for free of course]. I use Quotetracker with Ameritrade. I'm aware of the QT add-on called QTXL that will accomplish what I want, but seems silly to pay $10/month just for the indexes.

Does anyone know of any online real time index source where I can link it to Excel...or maybe a way to link Ameritrade streamer or one of their real-time tools to Excel?

If not, I'll go with QTXL but just thought I'd ask.

You can get R/T quotes via paid subscription to Yahoo Finance. I think it's $10/mo if you commit to an entire year.
Then you just need Randy Harmalink's excellent Excel SMF add-in.
